Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery
Products must be:
Unused
With original tags
In original packaging
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, thermals, vests, diapers, etc.
Made-to-order / personalized products
Clearance sale items
🔄 Exchanges (Hassle-Free)
Free exchange (1 time per order) for size or product
If requested item is unavailable → store credit will be issued

Issued after product pickup & basic quality check

A ₹100 return processing fee is applicable per order
No charges for exchange requests
🤝 Why is there a ₹100 Return Fee?

We always aim to keep our products affordable while maintaining high quality.
The ₹100 fee helps us cover a part of the reverse logistics, packaging handling, and quality inspection costs involved in processing returns.

👉 Instead of increasing product prices for all customers,
we’ve chosen to keep pricing fair and only apply this minimal charge when a return is requested.
